Purpose. This individual will acquire new customers for the company and add-on business with existing clients. This involves establishing relationships, presenting knowledgeable, detailed solution and service demonstrations, writing clear and concise sales quotations, and following up during and after the sale. The Sales Manager must be comfortable with computer software and have the ability to learn new products and realize where they fit within the client base. This candidate must have a strong work ethic, and do what it takes to successfully build the company client base in a competitive environment. They have to be able to demonstrate skills to update themselves on company products and services and to be a good team player with the rest of the Business Development team. Duties and Skills. An understanding of the sales cycle and marketing techniques used to reach potential clients; Ability to present and demonstrate products to individuals and groups; Strong verbal and written communication skills; A personality that likes interacting with people; Service focused and committed to creating a positive customer experience and building long term relationships; Experience in utilizing Sales Tracking and CRM systems to document all appropriate sales activity as specified by Management, in an effort to compile and track sales data. Experience in Marketing campaigns and utilizing all communication channels in delivering new campaigns, Create, develop and implement new sales strategies, Analyze markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities, Develop effective product demonstrations and presentations, Coordinate efforts with all departments to ensure thorough product training and implementation for new sales, Act as an effective Manager and handle customer complaints and conflicts promptly and with professionalism, Responsible for keeping Management informed of all sales related activity, market trends, and competitor activity within the territory, Attend/conduct demonstrations at conferences, trade shows, seminars and marketing events, Strong negotiation and account manager skills, Evidence of achieving targets, Work on their own initiative and be extremely organized with work load, Remain up to date on company products and services regularly. Requirements College degree or a minimum of five years sales experience at a senior level pictching to Directors CEO''s etc. Valid Driver’s license.
