Purpose of the Job: Conduct the following device development activities :- Generate user and product requirements specifications. Innovate, create and manage 3D design data. Conduct user and design risk assessments. Produce and test prototype samples. Characterise device critical parameters. Develop and validate manufacturing processes. Project manage device development activities within a multi-disciplinary and global network. The successful candidates should possess the following: Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electronics or industrial. Experience within a Quality/GMP regulated industry. Process validation and manufacturing experience desirable. Polymer Science and/or Injection Moulding desirable. Good communication skills and initiative. Ability to meet challenging timelines. Keen to develop new areas of knowledge. 3D spatial awareness and visualisation of concepts, mechanisms and assemblies. Ability to work in a team and on your own.
