Our client a Waterford based IT company currently have a vacancy for a Customer Technical Support Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for an eager, ambitious individual wishing to take the next step in their career. The Role: Dealing with high end complex queries in relation to Technical issues. High focus on delivering quality customer care. Dealing with queries over the phone and email. Full time. Permanent. The Person: Passion for IT and Technology. Experience in hosting would be a benefit. Previous experience in a Technical Support role. 1-2 years prior customer service experience. Self-motivated, upbeat, combined with a high energy level. Strong customer focus, team player and strong work ethic. Ability to deal with queries of a complex nature. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
