The Role. Lead, manage direct and motivate the Manufacturing process. Contribute to site strategy and implement goals. Drive annual targets in a safe and cost efficient manner using Continuous Improvement. Strategic planning with the ability to effectively problem solve and identify contingency plans. Manage and develop people through support and mentoring. Ability to drive change effectively. The Person. 3 rd Level Qualification and/or experience in Operations Management. Minimum Green Belt qualification and FLLE Training. Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing. Understanding of EHS, Employment Law and Quality Standards. Strong People Management and leadership skills. Project Management experience. Ability to manage budgets. Knowledge and Experience in GMP, Pharmaceutical environments.
