Hartley People Recruitment are currently recruiting a HR Associate for our client, a growing and successful multi national company in Waterford. This is a full time and permanent position. This is a great opportunity to be involved with a growing and exciting company. The HR Associate will: Work directly with the HR Manager on HR projects. Handle HR admin queries and cooridnate the payroll process. Using the HR system work with confidential information and keep employee data up to date and to a high standard. Coordinate employee leave, benefits, reward and recognition and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have: A third level qualification in HRM. At least 1-2 years previous experience working within HR. Recruitment experience is beneficial. Personality traits required: Highly organised. Ability to multitask. Can work on own initiative.
