Currently seeking an Opertions Coordinator for a great company based in Waterford City Centre. Reporting to the Director of Services, the Home Care Scheduler is responsible to coordinate and maintain scheduling for clients and Home care staff. The Role: Receives and records all incoming calls. Creates and maintains staff schedules on a weekly basis. Logs, records and assigns staffing for sick leave, emergency cover and booked holiday leave. Schedules client appointments/visits according to care plans and quality procedures. Enters care plans and scheduling data for new clients. Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes. Maintains staff and client database. Generates client reports on a weekly basis. Assist with collating data for Payroll. Assists with HR with recruitment process ie. Setting up interviews, collating info and data. Performs general office and administrative duties. The Person. 3rd Level Qualification. Very strong IT Skills essential. Knowledge of basic medical terminology ideal but not essential. Demonstrable interpersonal, organisational and communication skills in a professional environment. Previous experience working in a fast moving environment. Must be flexible to work outside standard working hours when necessary.
