An Analytical Chemist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our biotech client, based in the south east. Please contact Brian Flynn (Executive Search) on 00353 21 4297423 for more information. ROLE: * Be part of a dedicated Quality Technical Analytics group, involved in method development, validation, method transfer clinical trials, ALCM and equipment qualification. * Provide analytical services and support to the site, ensuring compliance to GMP's and SOP's. * Use technical skills and experience to troubleshoot and problem solve product testing issues. * Assist in routine testing procedures in support of team targets. * Ensure and maintain GLP compliance at all times. * Maintain, update and issue chemical methods, specifications and SOP's in compliance to pharmacopoeial and regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Primary degree in chemistry or biochemistry or similar discipline. * 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector. * Expertise in HPLC, GC, CE, and SDS Page would be an advantage. * Problem solving ability utilizing fishbone and 5-why techniques. * Experience with Empower highly preferred. * Experience in lab systems in general-LIMS, Trackwise, JUMP desirable. * Experience in method transfers, method development/troubleshooting a distinct advantage.
