General Responsibilities : • Handling outbound/inbound sales calls to existing or potential customers. • Ensure that all calls are compliant and of sufficient high quality. • Accurately logging all calls made. • Completing call backs as and when required. • Working to achievable targets within a strongly team orientated environment. • Provide high standard of customer service to existing or potential customers. • To maintain and develop your level of knowledge and competence by availing of any company client information available to you. • Display a positive attitude and high level of commitment. • To represent the company in a positive and professional way at all times. • Any other duties that may be assigned to you. Skills/Abilities/Experience Required associated with this role: • Sales experience or call centre environment experience (an advantage but not essential. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential. • Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets. • Ability to identify sale opportunities during phone conversations- (an advantage but not essential. • Strong closing sales experience- (an advantage but not essential. • Strong negotiation skills. • Strong objection handling skills. • Proven ability to prioritise own workload. • Team Player. • Strong PC Skills (essential. • Fluency in English – Verbal and Written.
