A leading multinational telecommunications organisation is seeking a Training Associate to join their rapidly growing team in the South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering & facilitating classroom training in product & process while ensuring that all training is focused on creating outstanding performance by customer solution advisors. The role: Mentor & develop advisors through facilitation & presentation skills. Monitor advisors progress throughout duration of training including providing coaching & developmental feedback through assessments. Evaluate performance of new hires, rewarding & disciplining employees, addressing complaints & resolving problems with the training group. Continuously update the training content & related training material based on business requirements. The person: 2 + years in a training role. Experience delivering training to a wide demographic. Previous experience in a call center as a training or another role would be a distinct advantage. Train The Trainer or similar training qualification.
