Our client is a multinational company based in Waterford. They are currently seeking a Senior Software Quality Analyst for a permanent position. Responsibilities. Mentor junior team associates. Manage communication with clients of testing plans & defects. Execute and document test approach, test plans and scenarios. Work with developers, designers and business SME’s to assure delivery of a quality project. Support continuous improvement of team quality management practices such as integration testing and defect management. Write and execute automated test scripts. Use multiple testing tools. Requirements. Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience in business analysis and application development. Minimum 6 years QA experience. Experience testing software systems. Experience with SDLC methodology. Be customer and business focused. Experience developing testing artifacts – test plans and test cases. Experience with usability testing and user-centred design. Must have Strong SQL skills. Experience working within teams using the Agile SCRUM process. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
