Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical in the South East, is currently seeking a QC Chemist to join their team. The role: Prepare and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing or other handling process, to ensure the substance meets company standards. Using expertise, ensure QC Laboratories meet current Good Laboratory Practice (cGLP) requirements. Provide analytical services and support to the site, ensuring compliance to GMP's and SOP's. Collect and review chemistry test results on a daily basis to ensure compliance with cGLP. The person: Minimum Degree Qualification in a Science related discipline - (Chemistry or Biochemistry a distinct advantage. 2 years previous experience gained in a manufacturing laboratory environment-pharmaceutical sector would be a distinct advantage. Credible and confident communicator. Excellent attention to detail.
