Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Accounts Administrator for a 6 month contract based in Waterford. Responsibilities Answering all calls and transferring to internal contact. Meet and greet all visitors at reception. Manage all post – incoming and external. Provide support to the finance team. Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Processing PO/Invoices and expenses. Maintain finance records. Support finance team with month end reporting. Provide general administration support as required. Requirements Previous reception experience. Previous experience in an accounts administration role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
