Due to continued growth Tom Murphy Car Sales, main dealer for Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz in Waterford City are seeking to recruit for the following position: Customer Service Advisor. Ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least two year’s experience in a main dealer environment. • An understanding of the retail motor industry and some technical knowledge. • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with automotive dealer management systems. • Ability to work to one’s own initiative and be proactive in their daily duties. • Excellent customer service skills. • A full clean driving licence would be a distinct advantage.
