Junior Payroll Specialist. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with process and check large Payroll runs on a weekly & monthly basis for Core International Clients. • Help maintain Time and Attendance system. • Help keep Personnel system up to date. • Assist with the process of employee timesheets and payroll amendments. • Respond to all employee and manager payroll queries. • Help complete payroll journal and month end reports. • Help P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns. • Administer third party deductions – health care, unions, pensions. • Complete Central Statistics Office returns. Requirement Skills, Experience and Education: One year previous payroll experience or recentGRADUATE. • Ideally the candidate will be a Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS. • This role requires an energetic, high attention to detail individual who works well under pressure and has a track record of meeting deadlines. • Strong administration and organizational skills. • Proven ability to identify and resolve problems using a team based approach. • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
