Responsibilities: - Offal trimming. - Carcase dressing. - Carcase hide removal. Requirements: - Previous knife skills (highly desirable. - Preferably 20-45 years of age. - Must be flexible. - Potential to work 5 days. - 100% attendance. - Potential and willingness to learn skills. The client works requires operatives to begin from 5.00AM - 7.30AM till finish (each shift requires 7-10 hours).
