Hartley People are currently recruiting for a HR Executive for a permanent role based in Waterford - minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy HR department is essential. Responsibilities Support the HR team in day to day running of the HR department. Coaching and Developing Team Leaders. Design and deliver training and development initiatives. Assist HR Associate with high volume recruitment including interviews and assessment centres. Liaise with departments at different stages of employee life cycle. Performance Management and overseeing performance improvement plans. Assist HR team in reporting. Implement initiatives. Requirements Third Level Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy HR role. High volume recruitment experience. Experience in designing HR training initiatives. Strong employee relations experience.
