You will work as an Account Manager for our client, a successful multinational company providing marketing, IT Support, contact centre and web/mobile development services to a group of companies. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that each of these associated companies receives a top-quality IT Support service and they are getting the best possible benefit from the services provided. The role is based in the South East, easily commutable from Waterford City (20 min) and County, and South Tipperary (30 min. Key duties & responsibilities: The Account Manager will be fully aware of all the group’s business, such as their marketing plans, products and services, and their customers’ needs. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of in-house services systems and processes. Prepare executive summaries for the group and in house teams, agree actions and follow up. Ensure that the IT Support Analysts are resolving support tickets in a timely manner. Monitor trends in support requests logged by the affiliates and provide suggestions such as improved systems training and better communication. Maintain constant communication with all the services teams internally to provide the best service to the affiliates. Agree realistic and timely Service Level Agreements for resolution of IT issues depending on the business needs of the company. Provide updates regularly to the group regarding IT issues, upcoming testing, and changes in business needs. The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for the companies, and thus must accept all responsibility for IT support related issues. What are we looking for? Fluency in French is essential. Experience in a marketing, e-commerce or publishing environment is essential. Experience in an Account Management positon is highly preferably, with a proven track record of communicating and building relationships with clients. BA or BS in a related field. The ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. Good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
