We here at R. T. Lane are currently recruiting for a Training & Capability Manager for a leading medical device company based in Waterford. To develop and drive the capability development and training agenda across the site to ensure consistency in approach and activities are prioritised to reflect the needs of the business. To be the point of contact for all activities and communications. You will have accountability for recording and reporting internal and externally on compliance training metrics, support all departments in ensuring their employees are competent and appropriately qualified to perform their jobs and to promote the alignment of capability programmes with the PDP process. We are looking for someone who can develop the T&C Agenda for the site and then to implementation it, someone who has operated at a management level who can provide the leadership, and get the key stakeholder engagement. To provide the strategic level of thinking and contribution is essential for this role. This is a site ELT position and so requires considerable work experience allied with a solid level of educational achievement.
