Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity to be involved in a highly successful business in a unique environment. You will have responsibility for providing friendly, personable support to end-users on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions, and use. The Role Office 365 experience. Windows Server 2008, 2012 and AD user management. Firewall support and VPN management. Backup system management and replication. Microsoft Hyper V configuration. End user support windows 8 and 10. Azure experience an advantage. Experience with helpdesk software and systems. The Person BSc/BEng in Computing or equivalent. At least 3 years’ experience as an IT Support Engineer.
