Our client, a Co. Tipperary based Retail Store currently have a vacancy for a Supervisor. This is an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a fast paced team in a hardworking and rewarding environment. The Role. Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Manage stock levels and maintain stock control. Meet targets and forecast future sales. Ensure health and safety, customer service and standards of quality are met. Responsible for staff rota. Merchandising stock. Liaise with suppliers. High level of customer service. The Person. Previous experience as a supervisor in retail environment. HACCP is a distinct advantage. Excellent customer service skills. Good analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Must have positive attitude and drive. Must be flexible with work schedule.
