Our Waterford based Client is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Office/Customer Service Manager, who wishes to work in a customer facing role in a busy environment. This is a permenant role offering flexible working hours and a very attractive package. Job Specification. Receptionist, dealing with all queries via telephone and email. Maintaining a Database to ensure all Clients and Applicants details kept up to date. Update and maintain proxy websites. Ensure all ccompany debits and credits are recorded accurately. Manage bank accounts, including the office and client account. Arrange documentation for business partners. Prepare Valuations. Prepare invoices for clients. Record all payments made and received. Maintain an accurate filing system. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in an Administration / Customer Service role is essential. Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral. Excellent attention to detail. Flexible, confident, positive can-do attitude. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office.
