Hartley People Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Tier 1 Support Manager for our client, a successful multinational company based in Waterford. This is a full time and permanent position and is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-established company with good developmental and promotional opportunities. The role: Observation of support tickets and issues. Ensuring that the team is adequately trained and responsive. Effective communication between all stakeholders. Escalation of issues to relevant teams. Improves customer relations and further develops customer confidence. The Person: Degree qualified. At least one year’s experience as a team leader or supervisor. A team player with excellent attention to detail. Experience in application support and troubleshooting. A strong communicator.
