My client, a well-known retailer is currently seeking an experiencedStore Manager to join their team. Reporting to theOperations Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of their appointed store. Along with carrying out consulative sales processes and hitting targets. Responsibilities include: Day to day general running of the large non-food retailer. Assisting in Store Management and achieving company KPI's. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service. Delivery of top standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance. Compliance with all Health & Safety policies and legislation. Requirements: 3 Years experience at Store Management level. Experience managing large teams in a very fast paced environment. Excellent track record and working knowledge of setting and achieving KPI's. Grocery Retail or large non-food retail experience a must.
