What you need to know. You will work as an Accounts Payable Project Team Lead for our client, an indigenous Irish food company in the South East. You will be joining a team of people who are high performers and continually strive to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Onboarding and Enablement of the company’s suppliers to the Ariba system. You will be the Primary Liaison between the company’s suppliers and the Ariba Enablement Team , and will play an important role in embedding the Ariba process. This is a permanent job . The salary for this role depends on experience. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Manage the gathering of supplier contact data, and validate results from the Ariba data collection effort. Manage and support Supplier Communications, including initial Project notification letter and associated queries. Act as point of escalation for issues related to non-compliant suppliers, and filter to appropriate buyers for follow-up as necessary. Manager the escalation process for supplier compliance, and facilitate training sessions if applicable. Participate in regular status meetings. Act as knowledge expert on Ariba Network, and Ariba Solutions. Promote the initiative internally. What are we looking for? 3-5 years experience and understanding of AP and/or Purchasing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Project Experience and working collaboratively across project streams desirable. Ability to set Objectives for self and manage objectives for other project team members. Ability to use professional judgment and problem solving skills to make reasonable decisions and recommendations, i.e. accountable for the project and team delivery. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Methodical and Structured approach to tasks, with Computer Literacy. Customer & Results focused. Proactive, Positive, Flexible.
