SENIOR CHEF -BISTRO WATERFORD CITY. Noel Recruitment is seeking a Head or Senior Chef for a Bistro style operation in Waterford City. This is an all-day operation mainly covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Style of food could be classified as Bistro/Brasserie serving 100-150 covers daily so a Chef with strong Hands on Kitchen experience is required. Mainly Bar Food & Restaurant with small scale banqueting. The client will also look at a strong Sous Chef seeking their first Head Chef Position. Prerequisites for this position include: " Previous Head or Sous Chef experience. " Previous 3*/4* Hotel or Volume Restaurant experience. " Bistro/Brasserie/Bar Food type operations. " Strong on Costings, Portion Control & Purchasing. " Fully au fait with HACCP & Food Safety Regulations. " A chef that can bring new ideas, new dishes, new menus, specials to the property. " A chef dedicated to producing wholesome food with great taste and funky presentation. " A problem solver and can think 'outside the box' " Strives for perfection while executing excellent cuisine.
