Accounts/Office Administrator - Permenant position - Wateford. Responsibilities: Accounts payable. Accounts receivable. Credit Control. Bank reconciliations. Issuing invoices. Processing supplier invoices. Processing cash receipts. Bank lodgements and petty cash. Credit & debtor reconciliations. Ad hoc general administrative duties as required. Key Requirements: Recently qualified or part qualified, an advantage, but not essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts position to include tasks mentioned above. Experience in MS Office, specifically Excel. Ability to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills, and a proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts. An ability to manage high volumes in a busy environment.
