We are recruiting for a passionate, creative Senior Chef and Chef de Partie for a Bistro in Waterford. Candidates with experience in high end Bistro's or 4* hotels will be considered. Your duties: To ensure that kitchen is operated in a smooth and professional manner. To prepare and present quality food. Following correct food and hygiene standards. Trained & Certified HACCP. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Experience with weddings, leisure groups etc. Applicants must have a willingness to learn at the highest level and also be flexible with their working hours.
