Waterford leading Contact Centre is currently seeking a number of German Speaking Agents. The role of the Customer Solutions Specialist is to provide outstanding customer sales and service over the telephone. The Customer Solutions Specialist also uses electronic mail, written correspondence and the Internet in order to assist customers. Job Description: Handle questions and product inquiries from customers. Recommend appropriate products/services/plans and place orders for customers. Handle product returns, complaints and other customer requests. The Customer Solutions Specialist is an expert in providing pleasant and professional telephone follow-up services to customers in accordance with sales and service guidelines established bythe Client. The Customer Solutions Specialist is proficient with computer systems, including keyboarding, typing, data entry, operation of a computer mouse and Web navigation. The Customer Solutions Specialist works to meet and exceed sales and service goals set by the client. Goals include, but are not limited to, the following categories: Call quality goals. Sales goals. Productivity goals such as average call length. MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH. There is an attractive salary on offer for this position.
