Our client a Waterford based service company currently have a vacancy for a Service Supervisor . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving environment with room for growth and personal development. The Role: Ensure a high standard of cleaning, conduct and overall client service. Care of and checking of cleaning equipment. Implement standards on site e.g. complete training records and conduct site inspections. Process annual leave requests and completion of sign-in sheets. Promptly deal with any queries or complaints. Conduct basic induction training for new member of staff i.e. Manual handling training. Manage and motivate staff. Carry out health and safety checks and inspections. The person: Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare cleaning or similar environment. Previous people and process management experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends. Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team as well as own initiative.
