My client a global leader in the production of life saving products has an opening : "Senior Quality Engineer". Key duties will include but not limited to : Participating in efforts/teams focused on identifying the primary root causes and implementing CAPA'S. May be responsible for querying & bounding data to support implementation & doc of release criteria. Creation of product and quality specs, in conjunction with other product development team members. May be responsible for creating risk analyses and FMEA's. Develops Process Monitoring Systems by identifying critical process steps. Application methods to reduce process variation & reduce/eliminate the cause of deviations. Leads process improvement efforts by identifying methods to capture quality metric data. Perform appropriate analysis methods to enhance sustaining product design and new product development. Assists in creation of Quality Tools & Training Materials. Evaluation of compliance systems and practices against regulation and company documentation. Could serve as auditor of areas of the quality system, such as development and manufacturing, as assigned. Responsible for the final Process Monitor Release for products prior to distribution. Qualifications. Engineering Level 8 or above. 2-3 years in an Engineering Science position in Med Device/Pharma environment. Good knowledge of Quality Standards.
