Our Client currently has a vacancy for a HR Executive to join their busy team. Working directly with the HR Manager the successful Candidate will be responsible for the below outlined duties. Responsibilities of the role. Work with the HR team in day to day running of a busy HR department. Partner with the business in terms of coaching and developing leaders. Design and deliver training and development initiatives. Work with other HR staff with high volume recruitment to include interviews and assessment centres. Part take in employee life cycle planning. Performance Management and overseeing performance improvement plans. Implement Team wide initiatives. Requirements. Third Level Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy HR role. High volume recruitment experience. Experience in designing HR training initiatives. Strong employee relations experience.
