Our client, a fast growing technology and services company, based in Waterford, are looking for Customer Solutions Advisors to join their team. The Role : Resolve inbound customer calls and queries efficiently and successfully. Conduct outbound calls in a professional and timely manner. Accurately and timely process customer requests that are receive by mail, phone, fax or email. Develop relationships with clietns and customers by becoming a dedicated resource. Develop a broad understanding of products, services, policies, procedures, regulations and laws for effective service delivery. The Person : Business degree and prior financial services experience preferred. 1-2 years experience in customer service. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong IT skills and a highl level of attention to detail required. Work well as part of a team.
