Technical Support. Responsibilities. Handle customer questions via phone and email, addressing both hardware and software related issues. Multi task through multiple systems while troubleshooting with customers. Perform basic to complex troubleshooting for hardware, software, home networks, and cloud processing. Report or escalate advanced issues through the correct channels. Resolve customer issues regarding order status and warranty replacements. Promote and inform customers about our online self-help materials. Communicate urgent customer issues to Engineering and Product teams. Demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding customer support, and understanding the value of creating meaningful relationships.
