Junior Human Resources Associate. This is a permanent role, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will assist Human Resources Manager with administrative HR tasks to support the delivery of HR Policies, Procedures and Processes within the company. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Act as a point of contact for all HR administration queries across 5 companies and manage all queries in a proactive manner; Assistance with all aspects of the payroll process: joiners, leavers, benefits, etc. Maintenance of employee files ensuring all data is up to date and correct; Involvement in recruitment activities such as advertising, screening of candidates, organising medicals & reference checks, with the view to conducting interviews in the future; Co-ordination of: employee benefits, statutory leave entitlements, reward and recognition incentives, and probation reviews ensuring they take place on time; Supporting the Human Resources Manager with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required. Deputizing on behalf of the company Receptionist when required.
