LSC are currently looking for a Facilities Project Engineer work with our client based in Waterford . The Facilities Project engineer will support the existing Facilities & Utilities engineer and construction manager with the construction of there an R&D Facility. The Facilities Project Engineer Responsibilities: Ensure equipment design is safe & appropriate level of commissioning takes place to ensure safety functionality. Involvement in site construction support (receipt verifications & inspections. Management of support activities such as furniture installation, punch list items, spare management. Act as facilities engineer for handed over areas of the facility including active resolution of Facility and Utility issues during and post-handover. Ensure project deliverables completed ahead of schedule. Track activities against schedule and flag & address risks. Responsible for the associated budget for activities. Ensuring equipment is operational ahead of budget and flagging any risks. Qualification & Experience. Higher level Degree in Third level Engineering/Science qualification or equivalent.
