The Role Drive new product & process development & qualifications. Design, execute, and analyse experiments. Drive data driven decision making. Lead process optimization activities. Develop and support new manufacturing processes and technologies. Provide support for manufacturing processes, quality improvements and cost reductions. Ensure product quality and all tasks are in accordance with established SOPs, GMPs, Divisional Specifications, and EHS standards. Train and mentor junior personnel in required operations. Technical lead on projects. The Person 3 rd Level Degree in Science or Engineering. 3-9 years in Engineering, Process Development, and/or Quality Engineering setting. Hands-on experience and technical expertise in a development environment required. ISO-9000, GMP, medical device manufacturing experience a plus. Six Sigma Green Belt or DFSS experience preferred. MiniTab/JMP Statistical software preferred. Statistical analysis required within a development or manufacturing setting. Experience with high volume and/or high precision manufacturing desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required with MiniTab, JMP (or equivalent software) preferred. Strong communication, Organization, Report Writing, and Presentation skills a must.
