We are looking for an innovative individual to join our team here in Azzurri Sport. As the head of our marketing department this person will be responsible for increasing the enquiry level for our sales staff. Ideally candidates will have minimum 2-3 years experience working in marketing. Management experience is also valuable here as candidates will be working closely with our sales staff and designers. Key responsibilities: - Overall goal is to increase sales annually and our market share. - Co-ordinating meeting with sales staff to ensure enquiries are converted to sales. - Co-ordinating meetings with designer. - Developing weekly email marketing campaigns through our CRM software. - Managing all social media platforms. - Working with designer to develop content for Azzurri website, social media, email campaigns, and product photo shoots. - Developing and maintaining the Azzurri Blog. - Managing and developing all paid adverts e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram. - Monitoring website performance through analytics and working with web developer. - Will also be responsible for a small percentage of customer accounts. Preferred candidates: - Must have a good understanding of all areas of digital marketing. - A relevant degree/masters in business, marketing, or digital marketing. - Will have 2 – 3 years experience working in the above fields. - Will have management experience. - Must have a keen interest in the sports industry and bring their own ideas to the table.
