Leisure Club Manager. Our Client are currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate and energetic Leisure Club Manager to join their busy Leisure Club in Co Wexford. This would be an ideal opportunity for acurrent LeisureClub Manager ora candidate who is currently at supervisory/assistant management level who is looking to progress to the next level.The ideal candidate will possessstrong leadershipskills and be ambitious. Responsibilities of the job include: Recruiting, training and supervising staff; Managing budgets; Adherence to drive standards, revenue and cost targets. Organising fitness activities and studio classes. Experience in pool plant operations essential. Maintaining statistical and financial records. Promoting and marketing the business. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Maintaining customer service standards. Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in assistant management/managing a leisure club. Experience managing within a 4* hotel would be preferable but not essential. Excellent leadership.
