Our client, a Waterford based healthcare services company currently have an opportunity for a Marketing and Administrative Co-ordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing and IT skills and previous experience working in a reception/administrative role. The Role. Meeting and greeting clients/customers. Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone. Scheduling and organising meetings and appointments. Content creation and updating social media platforms including blogging. Managing and updating the company website. Dealing with IT issues such as networking, servers and systems. Adhoc administrative duties as they arise. The Person. Relevant third level qualification desirable i.e. Digital Marketing, IT, Business. Previous experience working in a reception/admin role. Strong digital marketing skills and a knowledge of all social media platforms. Experience using WordPress a distinct advantage. Strong IT skills – previous experience in dealing with server issues and systems. Strong interpersonal and organisation skills.
