Minimum 3 years’ elderly care management level experience. Knowledge of and ability to implement industry best-practice. Strong drive and passion for care of the elderly and people with dementia. Demonstrable Leadership skills including: Ability to motivate staff through actions and effective communication. Coaching and people development. Problem solving and Decision-making aptitude.
