Quality Systems Controller - County Waterford. In this role you will ensure that all quality systems are maintained in compliance with company, regulatory and health & safety requirements. Additionally, this role is a key supportive role for the site with regards to the use of internal standards and systems. Responsibilities: System Administrator for QUMAS Document and Change Management systems; Picklist management. User access control and management. System maintenance and configuration control. Continuous improvement of system. Delivery of end user training. Troubleshooting support cases with internal users and vendor. Custom List management. Self-inspection of system. Adhering to Data Integrity requirements. Workflow Approver. System Administrator for the NetDimensions Learning Management System; Learning Module Creation. Question/Question Pool creation and maintenance. Exam/Exam Pool creation and maintenance. LMS Organizational maintenance. Catalog Maintenance. Role and permission management. Scheduling management reports for direct learners. Dashboard management. ACS revision control. Self-inspection of system. Adhering to Data Integrity requirements. Delivery of end user training. Email customization for system notifications. Responsible for ensuring that all quality systems are in compliance with data integrity requirements. Investigator and evaluator for any Quality System incident reports. Change Owner and Evaluator for Quality System change controls. Identifies and implements system improvements. Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company, cGMP, cGLP, SOP’s, regulatory regulations and guidelines, safety and environmental guidelines. Implement Safety requirements as per site documentation including SOPs, Safety Statement and COPs. Requirements: A third level education or equivalent work experience in a regulated environment. cGMP guideline knowledge. Knowledge of QUMAS EDMS and change management system.
