What you need to know. Our client in Waterford is looking for a Life & Pensions Administrator . They are a small but successful financial services company committed to providing best advice to customers. They pride themselves in offering expert advice on Pensions, Investments, Life and Income Insurance. They are looking to recruit a permanent employee for a long career in Life & Pensions. This role has a lot of potential. Working in a small office & team you will be exposed to many various elements of the business, from sales to customer support to financial advice. You will report directly to the managing director and establish a strong working relationship. Your duties will be vast and varied. A typical day. Client management using email, telephone and some face to face in the Waterford office. Administration and management of the Life & Pensions portfolio. New business quotes, retirement options etc. Regular communication with the various Life Companies following on all new applications, retirement options or general queries. Monitoring compliance position and being regulatory aware at all points. Processing day to day administration using the CRM Money Advice. Adhere to company policies, procedures, controls to ensure deliverance of excellent service. Participate in training programmes and attend relevant industry forums. Manage the Managing Directors appointments and work closely to ensure full efficiencies are achieved. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 3 years pension administration experience. You must hold your full QFA and maintain your CPD points. If you have exposure the Digital Marketing that’s a plus. Its imperative that you hold excellent Life & Pensions Product knowledge along with strong computer skills. This is a 3-person company so a flexibility of approach, ability to work on own initiative is required to be successful. As the company pride themselves in excellent service you too must have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. Working together and building trust with you colleagues is key, having an excellent eye for detail and working under pressure to tight deadlines is inevitable.
