Dedicated Specialist. Our South East client is looking for a dedicated Financial Service Specialist to join their existing team. Key Responsibilities: Communicates effectively with our customers through e mail, inbound and outbound calls. Daily process of all transactions such as new account set up, maintenance and withdrawals. Processes ad hoc customer requests in a timely and accurate manner. Meets established quality control measures. Meets individual productivity requirements. Makes outbound calls to clarify customer requests if necessary. Completes written customer correspondence when necessary. Provides follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved. Builds relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner. Escalates issues to management when needed. Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service. Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes. Actively participates in departmental team meetings and other open forums. Assists with department projects and initiatives as needed. Key Requirements: Diploma/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of customer service / financial services experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to customer service and quality. Strong research and follow-up skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to successfully cope in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. Fluent English speaking essential.
