Key Duties: Oversight and optimisation of automation equipment performance. Leading systematic problem solving investigations. Data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results. Presentation of data and reports to colleagues and management. Assisting Manufacturing Technicians in troubleshooting equipment problems. To provide daily production support through problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies. To develop and implement focussed process improvements to improve efficiency or reduce costs. To develop and Implement Safety and Quality improvements. Candidates Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering (mechanical electronic. A minimum of 2 years in technical role in high volume manufacturing environment. Ability to lead problem solving of technical issues required. Good data analysis skills required. Medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Solidworks experience preferred. Six sigma experience preferred.
