Matrix Recruitment Group is currently seeking a Plant Facility Maintenance Manager to be based in the South East. As the Plant Facility Maintenance Manager, you will work for our client a global multinational manufacturing company. This is a permanent role. Salary and benefits package are very competitive. As the Plant Facility Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Plant manager, will have a small number of direct reports and will manage Health, Safety and environment activities. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the PM system is best in class and implemented. Meet equipment and operational performance goals. Use best practice management techniques and tools to make the best use of available resources. Maintain and Implement all aspects of the facility management system. Maintain plant security, liaise with suppliers, subbies on operational issues. Prepare and implement the department budget. Ensure that Health, Safety and environmental procedures are in place and being complied with per corporate and national laws. Essential Criteria: Minimum 6 years manufacturing plant experience. Relevant 3rd level qualification in engineering. Proven track record of maintenance facility management. Lean/ Six Sigma practical application. Desirable Criteria: SAP experience an advantage.
