Job overview: As Senior Quality Engineer you will focus on leading the Quality activity within the department from NPI through to manufacture & then to customer support. Main duties and tasks: * Liasing the QM regarding with non-conforming materials. * Maintenance, review and improvement of the quality management system. * Reviewing validation documentation, change requests, design & process FMEAs. * Overseeing Product Quality and managing Non-conforming product and ensure effective resolution of Quality problems. * Applying Lean and Six Sigma approach for improvements to the Manufacturing Quality Systems. * Drive quality improvement in combination with Process Engineering and other teams. * Support and risk manage process change initiatives to ensure appropriate level of validation and verification. What you'll need to succeed: * Third Level Degree/Qualification in Science/Engineering for a related area. * Knowledge of FDA/ISO regulatory requirements. * Experience in Quality processes, systems & tools. * Excellent communication, people and team working skills, can do, pro-active attitude and a passion for improvement.
