Our clients, a Financial Services Business, has recently been established to provide advice and guidance to their members in the areas of life pensions, investments and mortgages. Due to continued growth and expansion our client, in conjunction with Gemma Hayes Recruitment, now seek to recruit a Financial Services Administration Assistant for their Head Office based in Dublin 12. You will join a busy vibrant team at a time of major organisational change, growth and rebranding. The Role: A full-time entry level position as an Administration Assistant to our client’s Financial Services Support Team. The Candidate: The ideal candidate must have: • Experience working in an office environment providing administrative support. • Good telephone skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages. • Enthusiasm with an eagerness to learn. • A degree level qualification preferably Business related. Ideally you will have minimum of 1 years’ experience, working as an Administration Assistant with an interest in the Financial Services industry. Due to the urgency of this vacancy, our client is not willing to go down the route of work permits/visas/sponsorship, therefore, all candidates must have permission to work in Ireland.
