Principal Duties and Responsibilities. Proactively collaborate with internal clients to identify innovation strategies and action plans that help achieve business unit and enterprise goals. Partner with internal/external stakeholders to identify opportunities to propel the organization’s growth. Develop and implement plans for game-changing initiatives. Create original approaches to addressing innovation challenges based on sophisticated analytical thinking. Identify and secure internal/external resources that will enable innovation initiatives to be highly successful and powerful in terms of their impact on company culture. Helps create a vision through strong innovation and strategic leadership to provide present and future direction and goal setting. Initiates and drives continuous improvement efforts around key business processes utilizing technology as a key enabler. Job Specifications. Appropriate 3rd level IT or Business Qualification required, ideally at Degree level or above. Previous experience leading an innovative solutions team is a must Experience of a start up organisation highly desirable. Experience working in a multinational organisation essential. Seven to ten years previous management experience essential. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage others essential. Motivates and holds team accountable for delivering results. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication and proven ability to communicate with all levels of employees and leaders. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to negotiate/persuade and solve problems effectively. Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external constituents. Strong change management orientation.
